IATA, BSP and PCI consultancy
Your BSP in order. Your accreditation without surprises.
We advise IATA-accredited travel agencies, GoLite and GoStandard, on the work that keeps them accredited: BSP settlement, ADM disputes, refund recovery, the annual financial review, PCI DSS and accreditation changes.
Who we work with
Two accreditation models, two sets of problems
GoLite agencies
EasyPay only, no cash facility
- ADMs still arrive, and the dispute window is short: a memo left in BSPlink for a month is usually a memo paid in full.
- EasyPay balances, top-ups and refund flows are easy to mishandle when one person runs ticketing part-time.
- Moving up to GoStandard means a financial assessment and a financial security: paperwork most GoLite teams have never had to prepare.
GoStandard agencies
Cash facility with financial security
- The annual financial review against your market's Local Financial Criteria drives your Remittance Holding Capacity and the size of your bond or guarantee.
- A missed remittance date puts the cash facility itself at risk, on IATA's timetable rather than yours.
- ADM volume grows with ticketing volume, and undisputed memos quietly erode the margin on every fare.

How we work
Diagnostic first, proposal second, then the work
Diagnostic call
A 30-minute call, no charge. You describe the situation; we ask about your accreditation model, your latest BSP billing, and any correspondence from IATA. By the end of the call you will know whether this is something we handle and roughly what it involves.
Scoped proposal
A short written proposal: what we will do, what you need to provide, the timeline, and the fee, fixed wherever the scope allows it. Recurring work, such as monthly ADM review, is quoted as a flat retainer.
Delivery and handover
We do the work and hand it over with a written summary of what was done and what your team should watch going forward. Where it helps, we walk your staff through the change so it holds after we leave.
Most of the work happens directly in BSPlink and the IATA Customer Portal, alongside your own team.
Pricing
The dashboard is free
Every IATA-accredited agency can use the whole dashboard at no cost, up to 10,000 BSP records a month. The only paid service is the PCI DSS questionnaire.
PCI DSS SAQ: €250 per questionnaire
We determine which Self-Assessment Questionnaire applies to how your agency handles cards and complete it with you. Request it from your dashboard or by email; it is invoiced separately, per SAQ.
Start with the diagnostic call
Send a short description of the issue and, if you have it to hand, your latest BSP billing statement. We reply within one working day.
